SALES: 3 month average of sales fell 70 units to 642 units a month.

INVENTORY: Inventory stands at 3,187 which is up 869 units higher than last year.

DIM: Days in Market currently stands at 43 days, up 7 from last year.

NOTE: In May 2.1% of detached homes sold above list price and 2.6% of attached homes sold above LP.
