Median Price of an attached home is $460,000 which is $10,000 higher than last year.

SALES: 3 month average of sales fell 70 units to 642 units a month.

INVENTORY: Inventory stands at 2266 which is down 199 units.

DIM: Days in Market currently stands at 47 days, up 8 from last year.

NOTE: In May 2.1% of detached homes sold above list price and 2.7% of attached homes sold above LP.
